● U-mobile Prepaid (hereinafter called "this service") is a mobile data communication
service compatible with the Xi R area and FOMA R area of NTT DOCOMO.
● To use this service by the SIM card contained in this product package (hereinafter
called "this SIM card"), it is necessary to start initial communication within 30 days
from the day when this product package is purchased. If initial communication is
started even after the expiration, the service may become unavailable using the SIM
card contained in this product package.
● The usage period of this service shall be 7 days including the day after the day
when initial communication is started.
● If you pay the package price to purchase this product package, this product
package price and this product package itself cannot be returned no matter whether
you apply for this service.
● You cannot change the SIM size (standard/micro/nano) after purchasing this
product package.
● You cannot change the plan after purchasing this product package.
● You cannot use the SMS (short message service) option in this service.
● We lend the SIM card to you for usage of this service. It is prohibited to process
the SIM card such as cutting it. Also you have to return it to us after the expiration of
the usage period of this service.
